Battey <br />is listed with the Office as a director of Slurco Corporation. Please have the <br />operator update the permit, or submit documentation noted above that Charles <br />Battey has resigned as a director of Slurco. <br />3. The operator submitted a list of officers and directors for KN Energy Inc. Rule <br />2.03.4(3)(c) requires the title of the person's position and the date the position was <br />assumed to be included in the permit pages. The operator did not include the title <br />of the position for the names listed under KN Energy Inc. (references title with other <br />companies) nor the date that the positions were assumed.
