The <br />system recommendation was ISSUE. Please see attached documentation for further detail. <br />Two more AVS checks are required, the proposed decision and just prior to issuance of the <br />renewal. <br />I have a few comments that need to be addressed by the operator, <br />1. In the Applicant Violator System (AVS), numerous individuals are listed as <br />officers/directors of Slurco Corporation and KN Energy Inc. which are not included <br />in the revised permit pages.
