Additionally, proof of <br />resignation in the form of corporate minutes or a resignation letter, is necessary in <br />order for the Division to update the AVS. Please provide this documentation. <br />d) Slurco's response, dated October 11, 1996, indicated that Ms. Judith Aden is no <br />longer an officer or director of Slurco Corp. or KN Energy. Please provide <br />documentation of resignation in the form of corporate minutes or a resignation letter, <br />and the effective date of the resignation. <br />Relating to this matter, Ms. Aden had signed a revised Letter of Credit, dated April <br />2, 1996, representing Slurco Corp. The Division requested documentation that Ms. <br />Aden was an authorized signature for Slurco Corp. Since this was not provided for <br />the time period that her name appears on the bond document, the Division requests <br />a Board Resolution or Certificate of Encumbancy reflecting the names of authorized <br />individuals, their title and signature. The revised Letter of Credit dated April 2, <br />1996, should be replaced with a LOC signed by an authorized individual. <br />e) The revised identification of interest pages, dated October 11, 1996, indicated that <br />Mr. Robert L. Brouman, no longer retained the title of Assistant Secretary for Slurco <br />Corp., and Mr. William Asbury is no longer a Vice President for KN Energy. Please <br />provide documentation of resignations in the form of corporate minutes or <br />resignation letters, and the effective date of the resignations. <br />The proposed revised diversity standards requiring establishment of six (6) species consisting <br />of: three (3) cool season grasses with a combined relative cover of 7-60%, One (1) forb <br />species with a relative cover of 1-35%, and two (2) shrub species not contributing to overall <br />relative cover, is in line with baseline data collected in 1979 and 1980. The proposed <br />diversity standazd is acceptable. Of note, revised page 10, "Species Deliver}' should be <br />corrected to Snecies Diversity, <br />The Division's proposed decision date is scheduled for December 5, 1996. Submittal of the <br />updates to the Identification of Interest section should be received prior to December 5, <br />1996, in order for the Division to approve the renewal.
