• Block 3 <br />The erosion condition composite SSF score for this site was 12, which placed it in the <br />Stable erosion class. This area was seeded in the spring of 1995 and resides on a fairly steep <br />hillside. Vegetation on this block was more spazse than adjoining blocks. However, it was <br />seeded later than the adjacent blocks with additional grading, topsoiling and seeding work <br />performed in 1996. The tabulated results for this survey aze shown in Table 4. The tabulated results for this survey are shown in Table 5. This area shows <br />improvement with respect to soil movement and surface litter accumulations when compared to <br />last year as a result of the absence of runoff during spring snowmelt The gullies noted in the <br />survey have stabilized with vegetation beginning to grow in on the sides in the bottom. These <br />features are located in the center section of this block towazd the bottom of the hill.
