Change in Ownership of Somerset Mine <br />The acquisition of Somerset mine by Somerset Mining Company requires that <br />Bear Coal revise the fo]lowing pages of the Bear permit application: <br />a. Page 2,03-11 has a reference to U. S. Steel Corp. <br />b. Page 2,03-12R notes contiguous surface owners, one of which was <br />U.S. Steel. <br />c. Page 2.03-13: "The Bear Company holds no interest in ]ands, <br />options, or pending bids or on interests for lands which are <br />contiguous to the area to be covered by this permit". <br />Please revise these pages appropriately to reflect current information. <br />2. Compliance Information <br />Section 2.03.5 lists compliance information. Please update this list of <br />violations. <br />3. Map Table of Con ten is <br />Following is a list of mans which are included in the Exhibits section of <br />the present permit application.
