XXI. Bonding - Rule 2.05.4(2)(d) <br />The Division recalculated East side Coal Company's reclamation costs for the <br />permit renewal. Including projected facilities (loadout, refuse disposal <br />area, office complex), the costs are estimated at 540,818.70, rounded down to <br />540,000.00. The permittee is currently bonded for 540,000.00, which is <br />considered to be adequate to cover costs of reclamation. <br />The operation is in compliance with the requirements of this section. <br />XXII. Sealing of Drilled Holes and Underground Openings - Rules 2.05.4(2)(a) <br />an <br />Stipulation No. 12, requiring a detailed plan for sealina_ of the mine portals, <br />was satisfied with a submittal from Eastside dated April 14, 1985. No other <br />changes are required to this section. <br />The operation is in compliance with the requirements of this section. <br />XXIII. Subsidence - Rules 2.05.4(6) and 4.20 <br />Stipulation No. 11 of Eastside's original Findings Document was satisfied by <br />submittal on January 30, 1985 of a replacement permit application pane <br />committing the operator to implement the proposed subsidence monitoring <br />schedule. Only one monitoring point currently lies within the potential <br />subsidence area, and no major changes are noted. Monitoring continues on a <br />semi-annual schedule during periods of cessation of mining, and Quarterly when <br />the mine is active. <br />The operation is in compliance with the requirements of this section. <br />XXIV. Special Categories of Mining - Rules 2.06, 4.22, 4.23, 4.26, 4.27, <br />an <br />No chances are required to this section. The operation is in compliance with <br />the requirements of this section. <br />XXV. Miscellaneous Compliance - Rules 2.05.6(5), 4.02, 4.12, 4.19, 4.21, <br />There are no changes necessary to this section. The operation is in <br />compliance with these requirements. <br />XXVI.
