STIPULATED MOTION TO SET HEARING DATES AND SCHEDULES
This Stipulated Motion is being submitted jointly by Cotter Corporation, San Juan Citizens
Alliance, Information Network for Responsible Mining (INFORM), Colorado Environmental
Coalition, and the Division (collectively "Parties").
The parties hereby move the Mined Land Reclamation Boazd ("Board") for an order which:
(1) sets the hearing date for the above-described matters at the appropriate time in October 2007;
(2) sets a schedule for these matters as follows:
JD6,Sand9
June 15, 2007......... Cotter Corporation to submit any and all new data to the Division and all
parties for review. No new factual data will be accepted after this date from Cotter.
August 15, 2007.........SanJuan Citizens Alliance, INFORM, and Colorado Environmental
Coalition (collectively "the Alliance's to submit a formal review document to all parties.
August 29, 2007.........the Division to issue a formal review document to all parties.
September 12, 2007.........Cotter Corporation and the Alliance to submit a formal response to
the Division's review.
September 19, 2007.........Pre-hearing Conference, (PHC), which must be at least ten (10)
working days prior to the hearing. The parties will exchange witness lists and exhibits. (The
Division is a party).
