If future <br />monitoring of affected surface and ground waters indicates trends which necessitate <br />alteration of the projections upon which these AVF fmdings aze based, the findings <br />will be reevaluated and modified as appropriate. <br />XIII. <br />Qperations on Prime Farmland <br />within the permit area.
