I dont think that the public is aware of the fact that there <br />is two separate deeds that are recorded in the County Record- <br />ers Office that amount to approximetly 359.3y acres in these <br />strip miners names, One deed shows 326,35 acres in book ~eyl <br />on pegs ~ 327, and the other deed is recorded in book X852, on <br />page X1663, and page #661} for ~ additional acres, <br />The 359,3y acres were recorded on June 6th of lyo7, end.the 33 <br />acres were recorded on April 10th of lytl7, <br />The County Assessors Office shows on their Property Yroof <br />Listing sheet that there is X0.46 acres, and the additional <br />,00 acres which amounts to b 6 acres that these strip <br />miners own in the Fishers Peek and Engleville ere e." <br />Are these strip miners planning to start with 2 acres, 20 <br />acres, and then maybe they plan to strip mine the remainder <br />of the property that they have bought es time goes by7 <br />It would be a shame to srtip mine the whole 336,46 acres <br />out of front of our Fishers Peak, and to destroy the old <br />coal mining town of Engleville, Does the public know that <br />while these strip miners have been eo~busy pouring their <br />cement for their 40ft, by 7U ft, proposed work shop, that <br />there are open mines which have been neglected for the Saxe <br />of progress again? These open mines pose a terrible danger <br />factor for small teenage backpeckera end small children <br />whlch tend to explore into such dangerous places, and could <br />be entombed or crushed in these open mine shafts, which are <br />in the strip miners areas and nearby? Do the adjoining lend <br />owners want their beautiful surrounding lend disfigured from <br />the ugly mess created by these strip miners? <br />
