Specifically, <br />failure to post sufficient bond by August 25, 1983 as required by <br />Proposed Decision and Findings of Compliance issued on June 16, <br />1983. <br />Perms did not meet the deadlines for bonding and was assessed a <br />$27,000 penalty. <br />The violation was terminated following a hearing with the Mined Land <br />Reclamation Board in March 1984. <br />C.
