~~ -?- • • Permit No.79-125 <br />as indicated in Exhibits(s) A-P of the permit file, subject to the following <br />special conditions: <br />1. During the course of mining operations, <br />shall not allow the total disturbed acreage to exceed the following <br />limitations: <br /> <br />Major Disturbance 83.83 acres <br />Moderate Disturbance 24.g2 acres <br />Minor Disturbance 1a2 20 acres <br />For purposes of this condition, major disturbance, moderate disturbance, <br />and minor disturbance are defined as follo~•rs: <br />Major Disturbance - that area of a mining operation which includes <br />excavations, overburden spoils, and topsoil stockpiles. <br />Moderate Disturbance - that area of a mining operation which is a result <br />of backfilling of the open cut, the levelling of overburden spoils, the <br />smooth grading and the distribution of topsoil or other suitable, approved <br />plant growth medium. <br />s <br />,.i" <br />~•`'. <br />~~; <br />,... <br />yi•r .., <br />~• VI` <br />1.' <br />Minor Disturbance - that area of a mining operation which is undergoing <br />preparation immediately prior to planting, or seeding, is being planted <br />or seeded, or has been planted or seeded but will not be released from <br />bond until there has been full completion of all reclamation requirements <br />as set forth in the permit. <br />2 Flatiron Paving Company agrees to be bound by all Rules and Regu- <br />lations of the Mined Land Reclamation Board, and by all provisions of the <br />1976 Mined Land Reclamation Act, in compliance with each and every provision <br />thereof, as an express provision of this permit. <br />This permit is issued subject to all requirements of the Colorado .Mined Land <br />Reclamation Act and all rules, regulations and standards now in force and any <br />which may in the future be promulgated by the Mined Land Reclamation Board, <br />and this permit may be revoked or suspended for noncompliance with the Act <br />and/or such rules, regulations and standards. <br />Dated at Denver this 2~ <br />MINED LAND RECLAMATION BOARD <br />day of ~~~ 19~ (/ <br />Rev. 12/79 <br /> <br />
