• ^ ENV/RONMENT. /NC. •
January 5, 1994
• PACE 3
unnecessary since the State accepts an instantaneous
impact to the system. If this is true, than it would
apply to return flows due to irrigation as well. I think
it is entirely possible that some sub-irrigation may take
place since part of the site is grass growing in wetland
areas. This would reduce the amount of water needed for
replacement from the ditch. I will be better able to
answer this when the water budget is complete.
• Thank you for this suggestion, please refer to the
revised monthly report form. At this time we do not plan
to dry-up any land that will not be mined, but we under-
stand the need for a dry-up agreement if we were to do
that.
To avoid any confusion with these revised table and the old
ones I would discard or mark the old information (tables and
exhibits), I put a revision date on the bottom of the most recent
supporting documents for your convenience. Thank you for your help
and patience with me, if you have any more questions please call me
at 423-7297.
Sincerely,
ENVIRONM3NT, INC.
~~~,
Stevan L.
