<br />~~ <br />Inventory of Lubricants and Oil Products to be Used or Stored on Site <br />#2 Diesel Fuel, Unleaded gasoline, Waste Oil, Hydraulic Oil, 15W-40W Oil, 30W Oil, <br />Motor Oil, Transmission Oil, and Miscellaneous Small Amounts of Other Lubricants, <br />Solvents, and Other Liquids used in the minor maintenance, repair, and servicing of <br />vehicles, engines, and other equipment. Item #I4 <br />Description of On-Site Fueling/Oil Storage Facilities and the Containment Area <br />A 2,000 gallon steel tank for #2 diesel fuel, a 500 gallon steel tank for unleaded gasoline, <br />and a 500 gallon steel tank for waste oil will be located on-site in the Plant Site Area of <br />the property. These three tanks will be contained within a 24' wide a 28' long x 3' high <br />8" thick wall concrete vault area. The total concrete involved will be approximately <br />15.9 cubic yards of concrete. Item #14 <br />Summary of Measures to be Implemented to Minimize Potential Impacts from S ilLlls <br />A Spill Prevention Control and Countermeasures (SPCC) Plan for the site will be <br />developed and followed. At a minimum, the SPCC Plan will cover the following items: <br />General Information (Facility Information, Spill History and Prediction of Potential <br />Spills), Bulk Storage Tanks, Facility Transfer Operations, Facility Loading and <br />Unloading Operations, Inspections and Records Security, Personnel Training, Spill <br />Notifications and Reporting, Plan CertiTication, and Site Plan Map. The SPCC Plan <br />will serve as guideline for all CAMAS Colorado employees involved in the handling, <br />transfer, removal, or storage of oil materials (petroleum, oil, lubricants, waste oils, etc.) <br />stored and/or utilized at the facility and for persons involved in the inspection of these <br />storage areas. The SPCC Plan will be certiTied by a Colorado Registered Professional <br />Engineer. The DMG will be provided a copy of the SPCC Plan prior to any operations <br />involving fuel or oil storage, fueling, or handling being undertaken on the site. Item #l4 <br />Summary of Impacts to Water Resources <br />The proposed operation will have temporary impacts on both surface and groundwater in the <br />local area. The mining and reclamation plan is designed to minimize the extend of these <br />impacts. The operator has proposed mitigation to address these impacts. <br />UD&FCD Letter Dated 04/26/99 <br />The above letter is copied as the next four pages of this Exhibit. <br />Figure G-1.
