The system to be used is closed. All materials involved <br />in the process will be enclosed in metal tanks and will be segregated from the sur- <br />rounding environment. All spent materials removed from the system will be neutralized <br />and will be placed in waste disposal areas that will be lined with hypalon, an im- <br />permeable material, to prevent seepage. All planning for the project has been done <br />in conjunction with a Professional Engineer registered in the State of Colorado. <br />Application Item 15 <br />The proposed future land use is open space and wildlife habitat. <br />Exhibit A <br />The affected land is located in the NW 1/4 of the NW 1/4 and the NE 1/4 of the <br />NW 1/4 of Section 34, T37N, R10W. <br />Exhibit B <br />la.
