As to what this may mean to the landowners in the area, <br />it is my belief that there should be no concerns on the part of the landowners <br />at the termination of the hydrologic monitoring. That monitoring, carried on <br />over several years, has not shown any adverse impacts on actual surface or <br />groundwater resources in the area. <br />I hope this letter serves to answer your questions in regard to the technical <br />revisions in which you may have interest.
