Dear Mr. Deardorff:
Pursuant to Rule 2.08.6(6) of the Colorado Mined Land Reclamation
Coal Mining, this letter is to notify Western Fuels, Colorado, of
Division's decision to approve western Fuels' request to transfer
for the Nucla Mine. Enclosed are copies of the signed Request for
Coal Permit and Succession of Operator, the Division's Findings in
the request, and the approval notice for your files.
