One waterbar n~as placed up slope of the seep but none Here placed belrn+~ the seep. <br />BacLfilled slopes of Pits 2 and 3 are in good repair and no Hen mass movement fcatiues of erosional <br />giilly features mere identified. A slump belon Pit ^_, }1L~t east of the aspen glade continues to he active. <br />Entire grassy creek +^alle} has active Land slides occurruig. Some appear downslope from reclaimed pit <br />azeas other ate located on the ~~'est side of the valley unrelated to mining acti~~ities. T'he Division has <br />concerns about two slides. One immediately West of Pond 4 and t}ie other immediately West of the <br />reclaimed highwall at the base of Pit 3. Division of NlineraLe and Geology will conduct an aerial <br />inspection to investigate these features further. <br />
