Waste Rock Dump Desienations:
The brown hachured areas on the draft map are assumed to be waste rock dumps.
Response:
The new map submitted herewith has a clearly labeled Legend identifying map features.
Reclamation Maus:
The Reclamation Map to be submitted by the Operator must depict those features which
will remain on site; features which are to be removed should not be shown on the Reclamation
Map.
Response:
Affected Area Outline:
The Disturbed Area shows the "footprint" of disturbed area, and confirms that the
disturbance on the east dump has extended outside the original Pennit boundary. The Operator
should submit a "proposed boundary configuration" to fit future operations.
Response:
The Operator is providing herewith a Proposed Affected Area boundary (1" = 100' map)
that encompasses all existing disturbances and provides space for final reclamation. As noted in
the preceding comments, the Operator is ready to mark Affected Area boundaries upon reaching
concurrence with the Division on the Proposed Affected Area boundary as shown on the 1" _
100' site map.
