Seasons are defined as the periods <br />between July 1 and July 15, 1983 and between July 1 and July 15, <br />1984. The area for the survey must include all of the area within a <br />two mile radius of the McClave Canyon and Munger Canyon mine <br />disturbed areas. This survey is to be conducted in conjunction with <br />the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service and results must be submitted to <br />them and to the regulatory authority vithia 30 days of completion of <br />the study. <br />Status: Has been retained by MLRD sa stipulation #12 on state permit <br />renewal # C 81-020, approved on January 12, 1988 <br />
