<br />Stipulation No. 3 <br />n <br />u <br />The pe rmittee must submit to the regulatory authority an annual <br />report characterizing the inflows, iischarges snd the consumption o` <br />water within the mine. This report is to include a current mine <br />workings map showing the location and quantity of inflows; a table <br />keyed to the mine map which shall contain the source (i.e., faults, <br />fractures, etc.), quantity, duration, and quality (i.e., pH, <br />electro-conductivity and temperature) of all non-steep inflows; a <br />table containing records of xater discharged from the mine, consumed <br />in the mine and imported for use within the mine; a discussion of <br />the water balance within the mine; and, a projection of hydrologic <br />impacts of mining in the upcoming year. <br />Status: Has been retained by MLRD as stipulation #3 on state permit <br />renewal # C-81-020, approved on January 12, 1988 <br />Stipulation No. 4 <br />Salt Creek mining company shall install and monitor the proposed <br />monitoring well GW-6 one year prior to the construction of the <br />Munger Cagyon mine waste rock pile. Water Quality samples and eater <br />levels shall be take^ quarterly. Monitoring shall be submitted to <br />the regulatory authority quarterly. <br />Status: Was resolved by MLRD on April 6, 1987 (as per phone <br />conversation with Tom Gillis of MLRD on April 23, 1988)• <br />Stipulation No. 5 <br />The applicant shall not mine more than 100,000 tons of coal annually <br />until they have obtained a revised air qusllty permit from the <br />Colorado Department of Health for the higher production level. <br />Status: Has been retained by MLRD as Stipulation #5 on state permit <br />renewal # C-81-020, approved on January 12, 1988. <br />Stipulation No. 6 <br />Within 6 months of permit issuance, the permittee must provide the <br />regulatory authority with an analysis of the fill (disturbed lands) <br />and any other dlsturbed material which will not be topeoiled prior <br />to revegetation. This analysis will be done oa an appropriate <br />number of representative samples taken to a depth of at least 4 <br />feet, and will include all required parameters for a determination <br />of suitability for reclamation. <br />Statue: Was resolved by MI.RD oa April 28, 1986 (sa per phone <br />conversation with Tom Gills of MLRD on April 23, 1988). <br />
