Stipulation No. 3 n u The pe rmittee must submit to the regulatory authority an annual report characterizing the inflows, iischarges snd the consumption o` water within the mine. This report is to include a current mine workings map showing the location and quantity of inflows; a table keyed to the mine map which shall contain the source (i.e., faults, fractures, etc.), quantity, duration, and quality (i.e., pH, electro-conductivity and temperature) of all non-steep inflows; a table containing records of xater discharged from the mine, consumed in the mine and imported for use within the mine; a discussion of the water balance within the mine; and, a projection of hydrologic impacts of mining in the upcoming year. Status: Has been retained by MLRD as stipulation #3 on state permit renewal # C-81-020, approved on January 12, 1988 Stipulation No. 4 Salt Creek mining company shall install and monitor the proposed monitoring well GW-6 one year prior to the construction of the Munger Cagyon mine waste rock pile. Water Quality samples and eater levels shall be take^ quarterly. Monitoring shall be submitted to the regulatory authority quarterly. Status: Was resolved by MLRD on April 6, 1987 (as per phone conversation with Tom Gillis of MLRD on April 23, 1988)• Stipulation No. 5 The applicant shall not mine more than 100,000 tons of coal annually until they have obtained a revised air qusllty permit from the Colorado Department of Health for the higher production level. Status: Has been retained by MLRD as Stipulation #5 on state permit renewal # C-81-020, approved on January 12, 1988. Stipulation No. 6 Within 6 months of permit issuance, the permittee must provide the regulatory authority with an analysis of the fill (disturbed lands) and any other dlsturbed material which will not be topeoiled prior to revegetation. This analysis will be done oa an appropriate number of representative samples taken to a depth of at least 4 feet, and will include all required parameters for a determination of suitability for reclamation.
