The appropriate text, tables and map l1a~e been modified <br />to show the location of the backhoc test pit corridors. Within each condor up to 4 test pits will <br />be excavated and then backfillcd. The condors arc all within areas covered by prior cultural <br />resource sun•cys, therefore no additional inforwatiun is required. Likewise, the bond estimate <br />shows that it will cos[ $1,440 to reclaim t11e test pits. Presently, TCC has a bond on file in excess <br />of 543,000 which is for the drilling of all the holes identified in the NOI. TCC will not be drilling <br />holes PSD 002 arx1003 and requests that [hc bond from these holes be applied to the backhce test <br />pit. This results in the bond being $8,157 in excess of wl[at is required [o complete t11e <br />reclamation in the event TCC failed to do so. <br />Let me know if there are questions concerning tltis amendment and your thoughts on the <br />sufficiency of the bond.
