There is some additional language which the <br />Division has requested WFC add to the LOC before it is officially <br />accepted. Dnce it is accepted corporate surety bond "39807 in the <br />amount of 5921,000 will be returned to WFC. <br />5. WFC had contemplated requesting Phase I and II bond release on a <br />small area at the north end of the permit area. This area had been <br />completely reclaimed approximately 5 years ago. Separate bond <br />release for this area was never pursued by WFC. <br />The application for release, upon which we proposed a decision on August 17, <br />1988, is the first Phase I bond release application received for the <br />Canadian Strip (dine. <br />I hope this short history will clear up any confusion concerning past bond <br />adjustment activities.
