The East Rigden Flume is located where <br />the Fossil Creek Reservoir Inlet Ditch meets the drainage <br />draw that runs through Sections 29, 30, and 31 of Township 7 <br />North, Range 68 West, and Section 25, Township 7 North, <br />Range 69 West. The East Riqden Flume crosses the Fossil <br />Creek Reservoir Inlet Ditch on or near the West Section Line <br />of Section 28, Township 7 North, Range 68 West, <br />approximately 2,200 feet South from the North Section Line. <br />See, Exhibit A. <br />s\cocrxx. r -1- <br />
