CITIZEN'S COMPLAINT SURVEY <br />DMG is the Colorado DiNSion of Minerals and Geology (lortnerly known as the Mined (and Reclamation Division - MLRO). DMG is responsible for <br />tha permitting, regulation, and redamation of coal mines operating within the State of Colorado. <br />This questionnaire pertains to your experiences and perceptions about DMG's handling of your CiGZen's Complaint(s) tiled during the period of July 1, <br />7992 through June 30, 1993. This also indudes any complaints which you may have filed eamier, but which DMG handled during the period of July 7, <br />7992 Through June 30, 7993. <br />You may agree or disagree with tha following statements.
