Continuous record of mine water discharge flows (weekly <br />flow meter reading). <br />2. Monthly measurements of field pH, electro-conductivity, and <br />temperature. <br />3. Quarterly water quality analyses for parameters listed on <br />Attachment B of this document. <br />Condition No. 5 <br />The permittee will submit a revised mine inflow map similar to map 6 of <br />volume 8 annually. The map is to be submitted by December 1 of each <br />year. The 1983 map is to be submitted within 60 days of permit issuance. <br />Condition No. 6 <br />The permittee shall submit an annual hydrologic report by December 1 of <br />each year. This report shall consist of an analysis of all monitoring <br />data collected through September 30 for 1) surface water, 2) ground <br />water, 3) mine inflows, 4) consumptive use of water in the mine, and 5) <br />mine eater discharges. The report shall contain an assessment of the <br />~- impacts of mining on the quality and quantity of ground and surface <br />waters in the following year. The hydrologic report for 1983 is to be <br />submitted within 60 days of permit issuance. <br />Condition No. 7 <br />The operator will conduct surface water monitoring as outlined below: <br />1. Lover Ward Creek <br />a. Continuous record of flows April through October (reported as <br />mean daily flow). <br />b. Monthly measurement of pH, temperature and electro-conductivity. <br />c. Quarterly water quality analyses for parameters listed on <br />Attachment B to this document. <br /> <br />
