Deep rock aquifer monitoring wells <br />a. Monthly monitoring of water levels in all deep rock aquifer <br />wells. <br />b. Annual measurements of field pH, electro-conductivity and <br />temperature in June of each year in wells D-1, E-1 and F-1. <br />2. Alluvial wells along Ward Creek and Williams Creek <br />a. Monthly monitoring of water levels in all alluvial wells. <br />b. Annual measurements of field pH, electro-conductivity and <br />temperature in June of each year in wells A-1, A-9 and A-11. <br />3. Refuse pile monitoring vells <br />a. Monthly monitoring of water levels (all wells). <br />b. Monthly field measurements of field pH, electro-conductivity and <br />temperature (all wells). <br />c. Water quality analyses in June and October of each year for <br />parameters listed on Attachment B to this document. Quality <br />analyses may be limited to wells R-1 and R-6. <br />4. Sediment pond piezometer wells <br />a. Monthly measurement of eater levels. <br />b. Quarterly measurements of field pH, electro-conductivity and <br />temperature. <br />5. Mine inflow and discharge monitoring <br />a. Inflows <br />1. Measure flow rate for each mine inflow exceeding 0.5 GPM in <br />June of each year. <br />2. Monitor each inflow for field pH, electro-conductivity, and <br />temperature in June of each year. <br />3. Maintain continuous record of flows from the abandoned mine <br />workings (monthly flow meter reading). <br />
