R4i~"U 1.^,`~~~ , ,,;, <br />;,:-. <br />The Colorado Surface Coal t4ining Reclamation Act of 1979 and the <br />Regulations of the Colorado Dined Land Reclamation Board for Coal <br />t4ining requires all surface coal mines detonating five (5) pounds <br />of explosives or blasting agent to publish a schedule of blasting <br />in accordance with the regulatory requirements of 34-33-120(2)(0) <br />and 4.08.3. <br />1n accordance ~,~ith these requirements, the __~eneca Dine, <br />located near _ ' uayden, co_loravo__ __ _, hereby provides public <br />notice of the planned blasting schedule for the area described <br />below commencing on the -2„a_ day of ___Januarg___~ 1982. <br />1.
