<br />Stipulation associated with a minor revision submitted November 15, 1984: <br />Colorado Yampa Coal Company shall submit to the Division within 30 days <br />the volume of topsoil in each pile. Additionally, Colorado Yampa Coal <br />Company shall show how the currently approved topsoil handling plan is <br />affected by these changes. <br />this stipulation was resolved with a letter from Colorado Yampa Coal Company <br />dated December 14, 19n4. <br />Stipulation associated with a technical revision submitted August 6, 1985: <br />Within thirty (30) days of publication of the proposed decision, Colorado <br />Yampa Coal Company will submit three i3) updated bound copies of the <br />application to the Division. The application will contain material <br />originally submitted august 6, 1985 and subsequent correspondence and <br />maps. Reclaimed area gully location maps will be updated to reflect <br />changes discussed in item no. 6 of the letter dated September 27, 1985. <br />This stipulation was resolved by an operator submittal received November 7, <br />1985. <br />Stipulation associated with Technical Revision Number 5: <br />TCC will provide certification following construction that Pond F is <br />built as designee, by November 25, 1986. <br />This stipulation was resolved with the Pond F certification package approval <br />of December 22, 7987, <br />All additional stipulations associated with revisions have been properly <br />numbered and attached to the current permit document. These are addressed <br />below. <br />Stipulations Associated with <br />the ece er , <br />ermi t ocument ~' <br />Ten stipulations were attached to the December 14, 1981 permit. These <br />originated as some of the SDecial Stipulations associated with the Office of <br />Surface Mining approval for permit 79-117. The stipulations are listed below: <br />~ 1. If, during mining operations, previously unidentified cultural resources <br />Cif should be discovered, the operator shall immediately cease operations <br />within the vicinity of the site and notity the regulatory authority. <br />Operations shall not resume until OSM, the lane managing agency, and the <br />State Historic Preservation Officer have had adequate opportunity to <br />assess the cultural resource. Mining operations shall not resume until <br />appropriate mitigating measures have been developed, approved and <br />implemented. <br />-13- <br />
