In order to <br />meet these goals, vegetation must be maintained in mid-seral or better range condition, <br />and livestock use limited of browse and herbaceous plant production limited to that not <br />needed by luggame.. The <br />Pike and San Isabel National Forest Inventoried Roadless Areas excludes the proposed <br />project site from the RARE I1 areas. <br />
