INTERFERE WITH OR INTERRUPT THE PERMANENT OPERATION OF THE DRAINAGE SYSTEb1. <br />THESE PLANS MUST BE SUBMITTED BY SEPTEMBER 30, 1981 IN THE CASE OF PLANS FOR <br />THE CAPPING OF WELLS AND, IN THE CASE OF PLANS FOR THE SEALING OF PORTALS, SUCH <br />PLANS MUST BE SUBMITTED SZX (6) MONTHS AFTER COMPLETION OF THE THREE (3) PORTALS <br />INITIALLY PROPOSED TO BE INSTALLED AND THEIR ASSOCIATED DEWATERING FACILITIES. <br />MLRD Findings Document: Stipulation No. 39, p. 45 <br />NOTE: This stipulation is substantially the same as stipulation No. 37 of this memo. <br />OSM Findings Document: Stipulation No. 6, p. 5 as follows: <br />6.
