A seecch of the Air Pollution Control <br />Division's enforcement files has been conducted and we can find no information relating to either Union Pacific, Inc. <br />or Union Pacific Minerals. <br />Please note, however, that although your request refers to the Colarado Health Department, the Air Pollution Control <br />Division, of which Thames Gen is director, is responsible for only air pollution violations and, therefore, any <br />response from this Division will not sddrus issues relating to other Divisions within the Depaztment You will need <br />to make your request directly to specific Divisions within the Department such as Hazardous Materials, Water, dc., <br />if appropriate. <br />I will however, forward a copy of your request and this response to Joseph J.
