Lochhead <br />Executive Direcor <br />Michael B. Long <br />Division Director <br />On August 22, 1994, the Division received a copy of a letter, dated August 3, 1994, sent by <br />you to Gary E. Newell of the Colorado Air Pollution Control Division, requesting <br />information on violations and enforcement actions concerning Union Pacific Inc. and <br />Union Pacific Minerals. Mr. Newell forwarded your letter to this Division, along with a <br />copy of his response to you, dated August 17, 1994, suggesting that you contact this Division <br />for information. <br />This Division has started the information search. The Division has a coal program and a <br />minerals program. The two company names will be entered into the coal program's national <br />Applicant Violator System (AVS). Any unresolved violations and enforcement actions will <br />be listed.
