<br />days after completion of slope installation. The final completion <br />report shall include at a minimum the following: <br />(1) Plan and section drawings that shows the limits of mining, <br />as-constructed configuration of the slopes, and any internal <br />zoning; <br />(2) Descriptions of material(s) that were used to construct the <br />reservoir side slopes; <br />(3) Results of the field and laboratory tests performed and daily <br />observation reports; <br />(4) Description of any modifications to the original design that <br />occurred during installation. <br />vi. Any modifications to the slope or remedial work to correct <br />substantial deficiencies shall be submitted to Thornton for review <br />and comment at least thirty (30) days before the start of such work. <br />The design documents submitted to Thornton shall include at a <br />minimum the following: <br />(1) Plan and section drawings that depict the proposed work; <br />(2) Technical specifications for the work; <br />(3) Other pertinent backup information used to prepare the <br />design. <br />d. Jurisdictional Dam Issues. <br />i. Aggregate shall provide notice to Thomton prior to changing the <br />topography on the Property with the intention of retaining water <br />above the elevation of the natural grade of the perimeter of the <br />Reservoir that existed prior to mining. <br />ii.
