The applicants (permittee and successor) opted to continue the bond posted by the <br />permittee in force [Rule 2.08.6(2)(a)(ii)]. ' <br />The applicant will conduct the operations involved in full compliance with the terms and <br />conditions of the original permit, and in accordance with the requirements of the Act and the <br />Rules (see the executed Request For Transfer Of Coal Permit And Succession Of Operators). <br />
