10:30 SF33 This site lies at the end of the spur road and
is currently completed as a monitoring well.
It will require sealing and pad reclamation.
The spur road which accesses SF3, SF32, SF4, and SF33 needs a
minimal amount of work to accomplish final reclamation.
Appropriate measures should be taken to eliminate the road as a
channel for water and drainage should be restored as necessary to
eliminate future erosional problems.
11:20 GE9c/GE10 These sites lie along a road which branches
off a pre-existing road at site GE22 and
includes site. GE11. This spur road will be
reclaimed and the steep, lower section will
require some earthwork and drainage work. The
sites are reclaimed and need no further
attention.
Also find attached a Coal Exploration Final Report Reclamation
Report form which is required to be completed when reclamation
activities are completed.
Again, in general, previous exploration reclamation activities
appear to have produced excellent results. Continued use of past
practices will likely produce similar results. Your effort and
diligence in completing your exploration reclamation plan is
appreciated. The Division looks forward to working with you to
accomplish reclamation and exploration bond release.
If you have questions or comments, please call me.
S i n~l~ ///f I
Kent A.
