West Pit diversion ditch entrance to Magpie Diversion Ditch: Contractor <br />access, alignment of ditch junction, ditch grade and energy dissipation at entrance to Magpie <br />Creek. <br />EFCI acknowledges the Division's effort to address potential permit compliance concems that <br />may occur as a result of the GEC Reclamation Project. We also understand that project funds <br />aze limited and additional work will require further evaluation and justification. We believe <br />this process is proceeding satisfactorily as a result of this site meeting. <br />Please contact me if you need further clarification and discussion of EFCI's concems the GEC <br />Reclamation Project may have on areas that are contiguous to our permit area. <br />Energy Fuels Coal, Inc. <br />Allen S.
