When reference is given, please refer to the Colorado <br />Inactive Mine Reclamation Program General Bid Specifications 1996 for details of the Standard Work Specifications <br />(SWS) and Standard Drawing Descriptions necessary to complete this project. <br />ITEM 1 - MOBII.IZATION/DEMOBII.IZATION <br />Mobilization <br />This task includes moving equipment and supplies to the project azea. If desired, the CONTRACTOR may establish a <br />staging area for the storage of all equipment and supplies. The area shall be of adequate size to accoimnodate all of the <br />CONTRACTORS vehicles, equipment, and supplies and shall be approved by the PROJECT MANAGER The <br />CONTRACTOR shall minimi~P impact on the staging area with regard to noise, dust, and fumes. The CONTRACTOR <br />shall be responsible for maintaining security of the staging area. <br />This task also includes all labor and costs associated with locating and protecting utilities, both above ground and <br />underground, at the work site. <br />The CONTRACTOR shall exercise caution during mobilization, performance of all work tasks, and demobilization in <br />order to avoid damage to public and private property including, but not limited to, pavements, soils, vegetation, water <br />
