APPROVED channel construction or regrading activities. The OWNER will supply allthe seed for the reseeding and <br />mulch for mulching. The CONTRACTOR will supply the fertilizer, fertilizer application, seed application, mulching, <br />and mulch crimping. Earthmoving activities related to channel construction and regrading activities are estimated to <br />disturb approximately 2 acres which will require revegetation. <br />MeasuKemenL~d~yment <br />Payment for this item will be reflectec)=in a In cnm hidmndeLAdrlitive AltPrnatP Ttem 't Thic L.mp cnm hides 11 cover <br />payment of all costs for fertililizing (including supplying fertilizer), seeding, mulching, and mulch crimping. These <br />revegetation procedures will be performed on all regraded, backfilled and other areas requiring revegetation due to <br />channel construction or regrading procedures. There will be no measurement for payment. Payment shall be as this <br />item is completed and approved by the PROJECT MANAGER. Payment for this item will be made only for that amount <br />shown under Additive Alternate Item 3 of the Bid Schedule. Any or all incidental costs incurred by the CONTRACTOR <br />shall be reflected in each Bid Item or shall be paid at the CONTRACTOR's expense. <br />PROJECT OBSERVATION <br />The PROJECT MANAGER will be at the project site periodically to monitor construction activities and ensure that each <br />work item is completed and constructed to design specifications. The PROJECT MANAGER will be available during <br />regulaz business hours (8:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M.) on weekdays. Inspections will not be scheduled on weekend days or <br />holidays without prior approval of the PROJECT MANAGER. It is the Contractor's responsibility to schedule <br />inspections with the Project Manager so as not to delay the work. The following items must be observed and approved <br />by the PROJECT MANAGER before proceeding with additional work: <br />1. All Equipment Rental hours <br />2. All revegetation procedures. <br />
