The discharge of hazardous substances or oil in the storm water discharge(s) from a facility shall be prevented or minimized in accordance with the applicable storm water pollution prevention plan for the facility. This permit does not relieve the permittee of the reporting requirements of 40 CFR Part 117 and 40 CFR Part 302. Except as provided in Part I.C.6.b. {multiple anticipated discharges) of this permit, where a release containing a hazardous substance in an amount equal to or in excess of a reporting quantity established under either 40 CFR 117 or 40 CFR 302, oc ~ rs during a 24-hour period: (1) The discharger is required to notify the National Response Center (NRC) (800-424-8802; in the Washington, DC metropolitan area 202-426-2675-) in accordance with the requirement's of 40 CFR 117 and 40 CFR 302 as soon as he or she has knowledge of the (2) The s orm water pollution prevention plan requ"red under Part I.C.4.
