Questar Pipeline Company owns and operates a <br />high pressure natural gas pipeline located in a 40-foot wide easement which crosses a portion of <br />the proposed mining operation. <br />The proposed mine may not in any way interfere with the pipeline or the pipeline <br />easement.. Any mining activities must be designed and provide for the continued support of the <br />easement and ensure that not one speck of sand sloughs off of the easement. Any activities <br />within the easement area, including, but not limited to crossing the easement with equipment <br />must first be reviewed and approved by Questaz Pipeline Company. <br />Continued safe operation of the pipeline requires that Roaring Fork Resources strictly <br />observe the above gttidel~nes. . <br />Sincerely <br />n ',~ ; <br />David A.
