Questar Pipeline Company owns and operates a <br />high pressure natural gas pipeline located in a 40-foot wide easement which crosses a portion of <br />the proposed mining operation. <br />The proposed mine may not in any way interfere with the pipeline or the pipeline <br />easement.. Any mining activities must be designed and provide for the continued support of the <br />easement and ensure that not one speck of sand sloughs off of the easement.
