As you know, the easement for the gas pipeline is at the far western
end of the project. The pipeline easement is located approximately in the middle of a
150' buffer area in which no mining activity will occur. There is about 50' of horizontal
separation between the mining boundary and the east end of the easement.
Thank you and let me know if you need any additional information.
Sincerely,
<'J ~J ~
Stephen R.
