Stipulation No. 51 <br />Protection of Seasonal Wildlife Habitat <br />IN ORDER TO PROTECT IMPORTANT SEASONAL WILDLIFE HABITAT (BIG GAME, <br />SEVERE WINTER RANGE), EXPLORATION, DRILLING AND OTHER <br />DEVELOPMENT ACTIVITY MAY NOT BE ALLOWED FOR UP TO 60 DAYS DURING <br />THE PERIOD FROM DECEMBER 1 THROUGH MARCH 31. THIS LIMITATION DOES <br />NOT APPLY TO MAINTENANCE AND OPERATION OF EXISTING FACILITIES. <br />EXCEPTIONS TO THIS LIMITATION IN ANY YEAR MAY BE SPECIFICALLY <br />AUTHORIZED IN WRITING BY THE AREA MANAGER, BUREAU OF LAND <br />MANAGEMENT. <br />Stipulation No. 52 <br />Construction of Drill Sites and Access Roads <br />DRILL SITES AND ACCESS ROADS CONSTRUCTED PURSUANT TO TR-44 SHALL <br />BE LOCATED AS AUTHORIZED BY THE BUREAU OF LAND MANAGEMENT TO <br />ENSURE PROTECTION OF ARCHAEOLOGICAL RESOURCES. <br />Section IV <br />Enforcement Actions <br />This section is a review of the enforcement actions issued since the last permit renewal <br />(RN-04) in July 2004. There have been no enforcement actions taken in the last 2'/z <br />years since the approval of Permit Renewal No. 4. The last enforcement action was <br />taken in July 2002 at this site. <br />Section V <br />Summary and Discussion <br />The Division reviewed the approved permit application and pertinent materials to <br />ensure compliance with the current Rules. The issues identified below require attention <br />to ensure compliance. Please submit a technical revision within 90 days responding to <br />the following issues, including the reclamation cost estimate in Section VI . <br />Rule 2.03 <br />1. Please submit revised permit pages under Rule 2.03.6 that include the legal <br />description of the permit boundary as required by Rule 2.03.6. <br />
