Special Review <br />Neil C. and 9rlis Sprague <br />Page -~- <br /> <br />findings precede this resolution, and by reference are incorporated herein an made a <br />part hereof; and <br />WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners has carefully consi ered the <br />petition, resolution, evidence and testimony presented to it, and has given the ame such <br />weigh[ as i[ in it; discretion deems proper, and is now fully advised in the premi es; <br />YO W, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED That the petition of Neil C. nd Ar1is <br />Sprague for amendment of their Ylarch 2~, 1986 Special Review approval c ncerning <br />cperation of a stone quarry in the FA-1 Farming zone upon the property des ribed on <br />Exhibit "A" be and the same hereby is granted upon the following conditions: <br />1. The proposed road for rubble removal is not to be constructed o utilized <br />until the applicant is prepared to remove the rubble. <br />2. The rubble shall be removed from only one area at a time. <br />3. bVhen rubble removal is completed in an area, reclamation of the area and <br />the road shall begin within six months. <br />~. The new road going south of the entry shall be permitted; the pplicant <br />must provide a plan within 60 days for reseeding the cut and fill areas resulting from the <br />road. <br />s. The additional two storage areas for the Sprague quarries are to e used to <br />accommodate much of the storage and processing that now occurs at the Ar •ins Park <br />S[oneyard. <br />6. Any equipment in the storage areas must be kept as far west c <br />Road 27 as possible; no inoperable equipment shall be permitted to be vis <br />County Road 27. <br />7. Approval is not given for the new storage area for the Lyons Qua <br />County <br />e from <br />y or the <br />
