Access: County Road 27; minor collector <br />The applicant requests an amendment to [heir quarry plan which was <br />;March 24, 1986. The proposed changes are as follows: <br />3. Anew access onto County Road 27 would be provided north of Ar <br />which would decrease the traffic in the residential area where the access now e <br />approved <br />Park, <br />4. Anew road would be built parallel to County Road 27, along the b se of the <br />rubble piles, to allow removal of the rubble. <br />5. Anew storage area for an adjacent quarry operator near the Ar ins Park <br />ares. <br />6. Expansion of two storage areas for the Sprague Quarries in o d mining <br />areas. <br />7. Construction of a new road on [he adjacent Lyons Quarry to al <br />access to one of the upper Sprague quarries. <br />8. Under certain conditions, some of the proposed amendmen <br />approved mining plans for Arkins Park South Quarry and Trupp Quarry, <br />acceptable. <br />9. The amendments as conditioned below would be consistent <br />Comprehensive Plan and Zoning Resolution of Larimer County. <br />l0.
