There shall not be any encroachments, fill , etntctures, or substantial improvements located wit}tin fire floodway of fire Animas River. 4, Periodic Review and Enforcements Tltis land use approval is expressly contingent upon and subject to tkie operator' receipt of and compliance with all required elate permits or approvals, ncluding, but not. limited to, fire permit for fire proposed operation required from the Colorado Mined Land Reclamation Board, Should tl~e Colorado Mine Land Reclamation Board or any outer state agency, whose permit- or approval i required for the Sandpit operation, suspend or revoke such permit or appro al for the opera- tion, the County's land use approval stall be deemed suspen ed or revoked, as appropriate.
