_27_ <br />XVIII: Roads - Rules 2.05.3(3) and 4,03 (con't) <br />All other aspects of road design at the McClane Canyon site are in <br />conformance with these sections of the Rules and Regulations.: <br />XIX. Bonding - Rule 2.05.4(2)(6) and Rule 3 <br />Salt Creek Paining Company has agreed to post a performance bond in the amount <br />of $53,750.00. The Division has determined that this amount will be <br />sufficient to cover the cost of reclaration at the PfcClane Canyon Mine. <br />pursuant to Rules 2.07.6(2)(j) and 3.02.1(1), the performance bond in this <br />amount will be filed with the Division, payable to the Stale of Colorado and <br />the Office of Surface dining, before a permit will be issued. <br />The following stipulation is required by the Division: <br />- 15. A PERFORtlANCE BONO IN T*tE APSOUNT OF $53,750.00, PAYABLE TO THE STATE OF <br />COLORADO AAID THE OFFICE. OF SURFACE tiLILNG tNST BE FILED HITH THE DItiSION <br />HITHIN 30 DAYS OF PERiIIT ISSUANCE. <br />XX. Sealin¢ of Drill Holes and Under round Ooenin¢s - Rules 2.05.4(2)(¢) <br />The appropriate information satisfying these requirements appears in Sections <br />2.1 and 3.7 of the application (Volume Z). The applicant has committed to <br />conform with all the applicable regulations regarding the sealing and management <br />of borings. <br />The portal sealing methods are also consistent with the appropriate Rules <br />and Regulations. <br />XXI. Subsidence - Rules 2.05.6(6) and 4.20 <br />Subsidence information is included in Section 2.1.9 of the application. <br />Information provided in the application indicated the absence of renewable <br />resource lands or structures in the permit and adjacent areas which would <br />be adversly affected by subsidence over the mine workings. Since renewable <br />resource lands or structures will not be adversely affected by subsidence, <br />no subsidence monitoring is necessary. - <br />The operation is in compliance with the requirements of this section <br />- Rules 2.05.6(51. 4.02. 4.12. 4.19 <br />The load out/tipple facility far the proposed operation is not located at the <br />mine site. This facility is shared with and will be permitted in conjunction <br />with another mining operation, Munger Canyon, which is also owned by Sal[ <br />Creek Paining Company. <br />The proposed operation is in compliance with [he requirements of this section. <br />-- ..- r. _.--._ . . _ . ~.- . __ -- -- - <br />
