Prior to the transport of any roof fall or other waste material produced at the McClane Canyon Mine to the proposed Munger Canyon disposal site, the Regulatory Authority must approve the proposed Munger Canyon site far use as a waste disposal site. 2. The following are stipulated for surface water monitoring: d) Flow measurements must be taken at surface water monitoring site SW-2 and water quality samples must be taken from sites SW-2 and SW-5 on McClane Canyon twice a year as follows: i) Once during spring snowmelt ii) Once during a storm event b) Flaw measurements must be taken quarterly at Site SW-1 and water quality samples must be taken quarterly from sites SW-1 and the new monitoring site on East Salt Creek (which must be located on a map with a specific designation and must be ap- proved by the Regulatory Authority. • c) The water samples must be chemically analyzed for the parame- ters specified below: Sodium Absorption pH Ratio Lead (Pb) Specific Conductance Bicarbonate~HCOg) Sodium(NA+) Manganese (Mn) Temperature (field) Calcium(Ca+ ) Sulfate(S04) Mercury(Hg) Dissolved Oxygen (field) Aluminum(A1) Molybdenum(Mo) Arsenic(As) Selenium(Se) Total Suspended Solids Magnesium(Mg+2) Boron(B) Zinc(Zn) 7/30 ~ Total Dissolved Solids Cadmium(Cd) Total Combustible Solids Copper(Cu) Total Hardness Iron(Fe) d) The results of all monitoring must be submitted to the Regulatory Authority immediately after data collection Q~ a Mt~~,s/s. 3. The permittee must submit to the Regulatory Authority an annual report characterizing the inflows, discharges and the consumption of water within the mine. This report is to include a mine workings map showing the locations and quantity of inflows; a table keyed to the mine map which shall contain the source (i.e. fault, fractures, etc.), quantity, duration,and quality (i.e. pH, electro-conductivity and temperature) of all non-seep inflows; a table containing records of water discharged from • the mine, consumed in the mine and imparted for use ~,aithin the mine; a discussion ~f the Hatar balance ~.vithin the nine; and, a orojec_~on of hydroioaic imnac~s of Tinina 'n -he uccomina year.
