AT&T has requested that <br />no mining be done within fifty feet of the outer edge of the existing AT&T right-of--way. <br />Your letter indicates that the mining operation plans has a 48-inch. Corrugated Metal Pipe being <br />installed under the two AT&T cables near the south end of the property. AT&T will need to <br />review the final plans as well as your method of procedure to place this pipe under the two <br />cables. AT&T can provide potholing services to locate and verify the depths of each of these <br />cables before the installation of this pipe is done.
