•• ~ MOLIME - Letter of 12-19-8~ Page 2
4. In the event a material sales contract is formulated, we will then submit
a letter to you which will constitute our justification of the access road
improvements. If the justification is acceptable to your office we will then
proceed with development wherein MOLIP1E and/or Darryl Steele will mine and
produce rock products from the permitted sites for use as coal mine aggregate
and for other possible future uses including reclamation of the uranium mill
tailings northeasterly from Maybell.
5. Submit to your office a plan of operations pursuant to 43 CFR 3804.1-4.
Presumably the original CMLRB permit application plus the Technical Revision
Application will essentially constitute this plan.
I trust that this letter provides a proper framework within which we can
proceed with our development plans at Juniper Mountain.
Best regards,
eRa
Charles R.
