RESOLUTION NO. 1993-55 Page 6 tJ ~ ,%~;,i'i E. The standards and regulations of the neighborhood zoning districts shall be required standards for development within such respective district. F. District Planning Commissions shall be composed of three (3) members and (1) alternate, each of whom shall be a resident and property owner within such district. Members shall be appointed by the Board of County Commissioners and serve for staggered terms of three (3) years, or until their successors are appointed by the Board of County Commissioners." 5. That the "Official Development District Map of La Plata County, Colorado," dated 1993, as attached hereto as Exhibit A, is hereby adopted by this reference, as if set forth herein in full, and shall supersede any and all prior versions thereof. 6. That the "Animas Valley Neighborhood Zoning Districts Overlay Map of 1993," as attached hereto as Exhibit B, is hereby adopted by this reference, as if set forth in full herein. 7. That the Animas Valley Land Use Plan and Map, as attached hereto as Exhibit C, are hereby adopted by this reference as if set forth in full herein. 8. That Appendix 10 to the La Plata County Permit System, entitled "Animas Valley Land Use Plan and Map," attached hereto as Exhibit D, is hereby adopted by this reference as if set forth in full herein. 9. That the above referenced matters are hereby adopted. 10. That any and all Resolutions in conflict with this Resolution No. 1993-55 are hereby superseded by this Resolution. I1. In the event that any court of competent jurisdiction shall, for any reason, find, declare or hold that any section, subsection, sentence, clause, phrase or portion of this Resolution shall be invalid, it is the declared legislative intent that the remaining portions of this Resolution shall remain unaffected by said ruling and in full force and effect.
